Astute Membership (Loyalty) Programme Terms & Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE
a) Purchase of the Astute Loyalty Programme constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:

- All credits may be transferred to a member's guest(s).
- The member need not be present at time of guests' use of credits.

a) Astute Membership (Loyalty) Programme allows members to enjoy a 10% discount on all Astute brand products, unless otherwise stated.
b) Signature, VIP and Black VIP Members can enjoy 10%, 15% and 20% discount, respectively, on all full-priced services on their birthday month.
4. Usage of Credits
a) Credits may be utilised to purchase all treatments listed on Astute's services menu (except for products and medicines).
b) Unless otherwise stated, membership credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers that is valued at 40% or less of its original stated price.
5. Expiry/Renewals
There is no expiry to all membership credits.
6. Refund/Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds once credits are utilised. However, if the treatment purchase cannot be completed due to a valid reason, Astute may consider the refund request on a case-by-case basis.
7. Modifications
a) Astute reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
